Great way of giving people a taste of reality of the situation before going on to train for that situation. Although from the vid, it seems that this is towards the end of the seminar. Not the way I'd do it. But anyway, I like this guy.

Is he anywhere near you Ben?

That was nice, looked good, and I loved that little make up kiss at the end. That guy he first attacked gained quite a bit from that experience I would imagine. Twisted Evil

Going to share this one... there are some TMA guys I know that need to see it.

Hmm i'm pretty sure Deane is from brisbane which is on the opposite side of the country from me. But the place he did that seminar (aim academy) is about 4 hours away from me. I talked to one of the istructors there about coming and doing personal training every now and then in rbsd. But haven't got around to it. Getting in good shape is really my priority at the moment. And if I do I think I will instead train with Jim Armstrong who is near the same place and an instructor in Senshido.

Word on the street is that Mick is going to be teaching in Oz at some point this year. Not sure where/when but keep an eye open for that Smile
