I enjoyed that - unavailable yet unavoidable - nice sound byte!
Looking forward to your comments after you compare Rory's one step with this. The patty cake part seemed like it needed slowing down and some meaningful power alignments added instead of the arm fighting from the front.

Admittedly I watched this in parts, but what I heard sounded good.

However...

Not wanting to become the guy who puts down everybody's system, but have you seen the rest of the system he represents? We've had some good LOLing at their expense on this forum if memory serves me.

Conceptually I think anything that has chaos or flow as part of the system is good ... but like I said above - the patty cake thing could be improved.
Systema suffers from similar problems - nice ideas about control and sensitivity .... BUT .....
Add the cult of personality and whole thing becomes a big lol, but again, conceptually I don't have a problem.

To me it's concepts that I look at. I agree with the rest of what's been said and especially about the tippy tap stuff... empty.
